Though once I had given the pearl and been allowed to use the cannon, the game went slightly darker upon interacting with the door nearby, and now nothing can be interacted with - not even the cannon. Perhaps this is intended, or a bug? Other than the slight confusion there I liked it a lot :)

Should be fixed now! I had the tile under it set to "wall" so you couldn't interact with it. oops! (edit: okay, ACTUALLY fixed now)
